Raising the standard for women’s nutrition.

MÜV+Her was founded by sisters-in-law Kadee and Lillian, both rooted in West Virginia and brought together by a shared belief: women deserve nutrition that is built with intention, credibility, and respect for their bodies.

Lillian is a registered nurse with a functional medicine specialty. Through years of clinical work, she saw a consistent pattern. Women were not lacking discipline or motivation. They were undernourished, overextended, and relying on convenient food options that did not support their physiology. Long shifts, skipped meals, and quick snacks high in sugar or inflammatory ingredients had become the norm, especially in healthcare. Motherhood made that reality even clearer. When time is limited and responsibility is constant, nutrition has to be efficient and genuinely supportive.

Kadee brings a complementary perspective. As a marathon runner with a performance-driven mindset and a background in industrial engineering, she understands systems, efficiency, and optimization. Through endurance training and experience in product manufacturing, she saw how many nutrition products were built around trends or extremes, often without women’s long-term needs in mind. Products were optimized for marketing or margins, not for how women actually live, train, work, and recover.

From two different disciplines, the same conclusion kept surfacing.

Women were being asked to pick between two options that didn’t truly serve them. A bar that claims to be healthy but cuts corners on ingredients, or a convenient bar that leaves you hungry, foggy, or crashing later. We built MÜV+Her to take that trade-off off the table.

Every decision behind MÜV+Her is guided by standards. Clean ingredients. Functional formulations grounded in science. Balanced macronutrients designed to support steady energy, mental clarity, and resilience throughout the day. Not diet culture. Not restriction.
