One-Time Purchases
All one-time purchases are processed immediately at checkout. Once an order has been placed, it begins processing quickly to ensure timely fulfillment.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@muvbars.com with your order number.
Subscription Purchases (If Applicable)
For customers enrolled in a subscription or recurring purchase option:

Subscription orders may be paused, modified, or canceled at any time prior to the next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled for that billing cycle.
You can manage your subscription directly through your customer account or by contacting us at support@muvbars.com.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
